Fin is proud to announce the launch of brand-new podcast, I’m Not Judging, But… hosted by TV presenter, chef and author, Briony May Williams and her two best mates, Charlie Fuge and Vix Willshire.
These three fun-loving Bristol mums take a moment to pause and reflect on one of the hardest jobs in the world – parenting. It's your front-row seat to the chaos, laughter and questionable decisions that come with full-on family life. A light-hearted look at how we often judge other parenting styles with our own, as we charge (and stumble) our way through this short but very intense period of life.
Each episode of I’m Not Judging, But… tackles topical parenting stories that talk to mums everywhere! There is the segment ‘Overheard in the Playground’ which uncovers parenting woes heard about that week, plus, the segment ‘Between You and Me’ where the trio will answer listeners’ questions or debate listener anecdotes to see how best to resolve them with their own super mum superpowers!
What sets this show apart is the hosts’ willingness to embrace the messiness of it all. This podcast doesn’t sugar-coat the challenges parents face (particularly mums). It revels in the imperfections and quirks of family life, proving that laughter's a great way through.

Who we are
Our Bristol-based indie is a highly-talented team with more than 20 years' experience developing, producing and delivering programmes to the main broadcasters in the UK and worldwide.
We are a team of passionate storytellers and TV lovers, dedicated to crafting unscripted television and digital that inspires and delights audiences. From food and travel to lifestyle and reality, we create feel-good, escapist shows that bring joy, meaning, and a touch of wonder to front rooms, screens and headphones everywhere.
The Team
Led by Gareth Williams and Jojo Strous.
Gareth was Commissioner for Food Network, Travel Channel and HGTV (EMEA) having been Vice President at BBC Studios Latin America & US Hispanic. Before that, he was Channel Head at UKTV and Executive Producer at ITV’s This Morning.
Jojo Strous started her career as a freelancer on Big Brother when reality TV was just beginning. She went onto produce live lifestyle shows on UKTV, BBC, Channel 4, ITV and Channel 5 – including setting up both Something For The Weekend and Sunday Brunch - still going strong today. She has executive produced shows for Food Network, Travel Channel and HGTV. A (now creaky) footballer, she is obsessed with TV, loves collecting cookbooks and researching holidays she will probably never go on.
The team is passionate about developing and producing, entertaining stories from the Southwest of England.
